Implementation Methodology

Onsite implementation with Scope of actual project implementation Works includes:

• System Survey (before onsite implementation)
• Agreement of action plan;
• System configuration and set-up;
• Operational training and Tech-transfers;
• Data Conversion and Reconciliation;
• Pilot operational support;
• UAT and Contract liquidation.

Implementation Duration

• Approximately 06 working days.

Hand-over

• 01 set of Installation and Manual guide CD;
• 01 set of Operational Book;
• 01 Certificate of Usage License.

Package price

• 48.000.000 VNĐ – 59.680.000 VNĐ  (VAT included of License and Implementation Fees).
• Software Solution installation for Headquarter only.

Extra client installation at Branch/Transaction counter

• 5.000.000 VNĐ – 7.000.000 VNĐ.

Method of Payment

• Account transfer.

Warranty

• Free of charge for first 12 months.
• 3 year maintenance package: 13% of Contract value /year.
